1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Scripti ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
Scripti provides AI-powered tools for YouTube content creation, including research, script writing, packaging generation, and channel tracking. The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content suggestions and analysis.
3. User accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Credits reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
5. API keys (BYOK)
Users may provide their own API keys ("Bring Your Own Key") to access AI services directly. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your own API keys. We do not store your API keys in plain text and they are only used to make requests on your behalf.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain all rights to content you create using the Service. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before use. We do not claim ownership of content generated through the Service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or credit restrictions.
- Share account credentials with others.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
- Use the Service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before publication.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email or in-app notification.
